Okay so either the shutout gods were generous, or the scoring gods were sleeping.
Kays Screenprinting (me) - 0
Downtown Drugs(my old team) - 0
The game was good though! Even had a couple of breakaways and screen shots. The other goalie and I wanted so bad to beat each other, being old teammates and all. It was one of the most fun games I have ever played.

Fury - 3
Beer - 0

SOG - 3, yes three. Not only does it average 1 shot per period, it was actually that way. Each of the first two periods, I think they were giving out a "you get a SOG since you showed up prize" to the other team because no one on my team actually remembers a shot. The one in the 3rd was legitimate.

7 year old Liam got his third career shutout and first of the season. It was by far his easiest and I dont know if we should even count it....just 2 shots against in an 11-0 victory over Stratford at our tournament last weekend.

Sometimes having so few shots makes the shutout more difficult......I take then any way I can!

Is it still a shutout if you lost 1-0 in a 12 round shoot out?

This one happened a little while ago, but it was my first varsity high school shut out as a freshman

1/30/08

Massabesic 1
Marshwood/Traip 0
BIDDEFORD, Maine — Marshwood/Traip outshot Massabesic 32-13, but fell to the Mustangs. Jeff Elliott had the lone goal. Massabesic goalie Kyle McClay made 32 saves on 32 shots. Marshwood/Traip is now 3-9.

That was just something I had found online about it, but it was a pretty good night for me

I may have missed it in your previous posts Danish, but what level is it you play at?

Congrats on what sounds like a solid performance!

I play high school hockey in Connecticut. Its a pretty competitive league. It used to be very good but then all the kids began going to prep schools. In the NHL draft 2 years ago my high school had 3 kids drafted (one of them being Pacioretty, who is playing really well now on Montreals first line). But he left his junior year. I'm going to do a pg year at a prep school next year.

So yeah its pretty good, it only requires about 1 extra year of hockey after high school to make it to either division 1 or 2 hockey.
