I've got some info back on the framework for you, 6' high 3' wide, aluminum extrusion frame that uses a hex wrench and t-nuts to assemble/tear down. Just the aluminum pieces ( brackets, hardware, pre dilled ready to assemble ) would weigh around 60 lbs. Cost would be around $200 plus shipping. This is 1 1/2" extrusion. Soild stuff. No problem taking a puck.

I should have something with regard to pricing/set up for you next week. The mfr. of the materials is in Fort Wayne. If you go to their site, you can download their entire catalog ( zipped pdf file ) and look at the stuff they make. They can also do custom brackets, etc. I don't want to do that if I don't have to... makes it more pricey and more difficult to product in quantities.
